In a city ruled by a corrupt mayor named Spotz, and under the command of their
grumpy police captain, Cpt. Carotene, Wednesday and Googoo will solve every
ridiculous crime no matter what. Unless Googoo drives Wednesday crazy first.
This “spinoff” of Hobo and Bowser is a spoof/homage to the “Dragnet” series,
and a send up of cop movies (like Lethal Weapon.)
